Description: SAP HR Consultant with expertise in SAP SuccessFactors for a freelance position. The ideal candidate will have in-depth knowledge of SAP SuccessFactors modules and testing experience, coupled with fluency in Japanese to effectively communicate with our client based in Japan.
Minimum Years Experience: 5 Years.
5 Key Skills Required:
– SAP SuccessFactors Implementation: Lead and contribute to the successful implementation of SAP SuccessFactors solutions, ensuring alignment with client requirements and business objectives.
– Consulting: Provide expert advice and consultation on SAP HR processes, with a focus on SuccessFactors modules, including Employee Central, Performance & Goals, Compensation, and Learning Management.
– Testing and Quality Assurance: Conduct thorough testing of SAP SuccessFactors configurations, ensuring the system meets client specifications and quality standards. Collaborate with the project team to identify and resolve any issues.
– Client Communication: Serve as the primary point of contact for our Japanese client, communicating effectively in Japanese to understand their specific needs, address concerns, and provide regular project updates.
– Training and Support: Conduct training sessions for end-users on SAP SuccessFactors functionality. Provide ongoing support to ensure a smooth transition and optimal system utilization.
5 Areas of Responsibility:
– Proven experience as an SAP HR Consultant with a focus on SuccessFactors modules.
– Strong knowledge of SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central, Performance & Goals, Compensation, and Learning Management.
– Demonstrated expertise in SAP testing methodologies and quality assurance processes.
– Fluent in Japanese and English, with excellent communication skills to engage effectively with Japanese-speaking clients and international project teams.
– Ability to work independently and remotely, managing tasks and deadlines efficiently.
