Engagement Type: SAP Change Manager – SAP S/4 HANA Greenfield Implementation.
Description: As an SAP Change Manager, you will play a pivotal role in driving organizational transformation and maximizing business outcomes during the implementation of SAP S/4 HANA. Your expertise in change management methodologies, stakeholder engagement, and communication strategies will be essential to facilitate a seamless adoption of new processes, technologies, and ways of working.
Minimum Years Experience: 5 Years.
5 Key Skills Required:
– Develop and execute a comprehensive change management strategy for the SAP S/4 HANA Greenfield Implementation, aligning it with the overall project goals and business objectives.
– Conduct change impact assessments to identify potential risks, resistance points, and required actions to support successful change adoption.
– Create and implement effective communication plans to disseminate project updates, milestones, and changes to all relevant stakeholders, including business leaders, end-users, and IT teams.
– Collaborate closely with project teams, subject matter experts, and business leaders to understand business processes and tailor change management initiatives to meet specific needs.
– Drive change readiness activities, such as training, workshops, and coaching sessions, to equip end-users and key stakeholders with the necessary knowledge and skills to embrace the SAP S/4 HANA system.
5 Areas of Responsibility:
– Proven experience as an SAP Change Manager in at least one full-cycle SAP implementation project, preferably in a Greenfield environment.
– Extensive knowledge of SAP S/4 HANA and its impact on various business functions.
– Strong understanding of change management methodologies (e.g., ADKAR, Prosci) and their application in large-scale projects.
– Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence and engage stakeholders at all levels of the organization.
– SAP certification(s) in relevant modules or change management methodologies will be a plus.
