Our client, a leading organization based in Monterrey, Mexico, is undertaking a significant ERP transformation project, migrating from JD Edwards to SAP. They are seeking an experienced SAP Change Manager to guide the organization through this critical transition.

5 Key Skills Required:
 

  • Proven experience in SAP Change Management, preferably in ERP migration projects.
  • Strong bilingual communication skills in Spanish and English.
  • Deep understanding of change management principles, methodologies, and tools.
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple stakeholders effectively.
  • Familiarity with JD Edwards and SAP systems is a plus.

5 Areas of Responsibility:

  • Change Management Leadership: Develop and implement change management strategies to ensure a smooth transition from JD Edwards to SAP.
  • Stakeholder Engagement: Collaborate with business leaders, project teams, and employees to address concerns, foster adoption, and maintain operational continuity.
  • Communication: Create and deliver clear, concise, and engaging communications tailored to diverse audiences in both Spanish and English.
  • Training and Support: Coordinate training initiatives and provide ongoing support to empower teams during and after the migration process.
  • Impact Analysis: Assess the impact of change across business units and recommend interventions to address gaps.
