SAP HCM Consultant

Engagement type: SAP HCM Consultant – Romanian Speaking

We are looking for an experienced Freelance SAP HCM Consultant to support a greenfield implementation in Romania.

This 12 month contract role is based in Romania, with a flexible hybrid working arrangement.

Minimum Years Experience: 5 Years.

5 Key Skills Required:

– Fluency in Romanian and English is mandatory.
– Proven experience with SAP HCM implementation and support, particularly in PA, OM, TM, and PY modules.

– Solid understanding of HR business processes and statutory requirements in the region.

– Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.

– Ability to work in a hybrid model, with availability to work onsite as required by the project (travel flexibility needed).

5 Key requirements:

– Implement and configure SAP HCM modules (Personnel Administration, Organizational Management, Time Management, Payroll, etc.) based on client requirements.

– Provide expert guidance and consulting for SAP HCM processes, including HR data management, payroll, and benefits administration.

Lead workshops, training sessions, and provide ongoing support for users during and after project implementation.

– Support both on-site and remotely, ensuring effective communication and project delivery
– Customize and enhance SAP HCM functionalities, including writing functional specifications for custom developments.
