As a Freelance SAP SuccessFactors Solution Architect, you will lead the design and implementation of SAP SuccessFactors solutions for our high-profile client. This role demands a blend of technical expertise, strategic planning, and stakeholder management to ensure the project’s success. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to architect solutions that align with the client’s HR transformation goals.

5 Key Skills Required:

– Proven experience as an SAP SuccessFactors Solution Architect or similar role, with a portfolio of successful implementations.
– Deep knowledge of SAP SuccessFactors modules and integration points.
– Strong understanding of HR processes and best practices.
– Excellent client-facing and stakeholder management skills.
– Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks and deadlines effectively.

5 Areas of Responsibility:

– Design and implement SAP SuccessFactors solutions, ensuring alignment with the client’s business requirements and HR strategy.
– Lead the solution architecture across various SuccessFactors modules, including but not limited to Employee Central, Performance & Goals, Learning Management, and Recruitment.
– Collaborate with project managers, consultants, and client stakeholders to define project scope, goals, and deliverables.
– Conduct workshops and training sessions to facilitate knowledge transfer and ensure client teams are equipped to utilize the new system effectively.
– Manage risks and issues related to the solution architecture, proposing and implementing mitigations as necessary.
