SAP SuccessFactors Consultant

Engagement Type: Implementation, enhancements, and ongoing support.

Description: Our client is seeking an experienced SAP SuccessFactors Consultant with proven expertise in configuring, implementing, and supporting SuccessFactors modules. The ideal candidate will have strong functional knowledge, excellent client-facing skills, and a track record of delivering high-quality HR technology solutions.

Minimum Years’ Experience: 5 Years.

5 Key Skills Required:

  • Strong hands-on experience with SAP SuccessFactors (Employee Central, Performance & Goals, and/or Recruitment modules).
  • Proven experience in end-to-end SAP SuccessFactors implementations.
  • Solid understanding of HR processes and best practices.
  • Configuration, testing, and integration expertise with SAP and third-party systems.
  • French and/or Dutch languages.

5 Areas of Responsibility:

  • Contribute to a SAP SuccessFactors implementation project.
  • Configure, test, and deploy SuccessFactors modules in line with client requirements.
  • Provide post go-live support, troubleshooting, and continuous improvement services.
  • Work closely with business stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into functional solutions.
  • Provide training and run workshops for end users.
