Engagement Type: SAP SuccessFactors Time Management Consultant
We are currently recruiting for an experienced SAP SuccessFactors Time Management Consultant with expertise in Time Off and Time sheet modules to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of implementing and configuring SAP SuccessFactors Time Management solutions, with a strong understanding of local Dutch HR processes and regulations. This role requires a highly motivated individual who can work effectively in a fast-paced environment and deliver results that exceed client expectations.
5 Key Skills Required:
– Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Information Technology, or related field.
– Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in SAP SuccessFactors Time Management implementations, with a focus on Time Off and Time sheet modules.
– Strong understanding of HR processes and regulations, particularly those relevant to the Netherlands.
– Experience in conducting workshops, training, and presentations to a variety of audiences.
– Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently or as part of a team.
5 Areas of Responsibility:
-Lead the implementation and configuration of SAP SuccessFactors Time Management solutions, focusing on Time Off and Time sheet modules.
– Work closely with clients to understand their business requirements and translate them into functional specifications.
– Design and configure Time Management solutions to meet client needs, ensuring compliance with legal and regulatory requirements.
– Conduct workshops and training sessions for clients to demonstrate solution capabilities and ensure successful adoption.
– Collaborate with project teams to integrate Time Management solutions with other SAP SuccessFactors modules and external systems.
Please note: Whilst Dutch Language is not essential it would be highly desired to have someone with both Dutch and English Language skills.
