As an SAP SuccessFactors Project Manager, you will lead the deployment and configuration of our customers new HR Information System (SuccessFactors). In this role you will be essential in ensuring that the HR system is implemented smoothly and efficiently, aligning with goals and user requirements. You will work closely with People C Organization (PCO), Digital C IT, and external vendors to deliver a robust system that enhances our PCO processes. You’ll develop and monitor project objectives and milestones from start to finish.
5 Key Skills Required:
Proven experience as an HRIS Project Manager with a focus on SAP SuccessFactors.
Proven track record of leading successful HR system implementations
Strong project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and stakeholders
Excellent understanding of HR processes and data management
Fluent English (both written and spoken)
Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work under pressure.
5 Areas of Responsibility:
Project Management: Lead the end-to-end implementation process of the PCO system, including planning, execution, testing, and go-live. Develop and maintain project timelines, milestones, and deliverables, ensuring the project is completed on time and within budget. Coordinate with internal stakeholders (PCO, Digital C IT, Finance) and external vendors to ensure successful system deployment.
System Configuration: ensure together with our implementation consultant that the PCO system is configured in a way that it meets the specific needs of the organization, including workflows, user roles, and data fields. Manage system integrations with other enterprise applications (e.g., payroll, benefits, time tracking). Conduct system testing to identify and resolve issues prior to full-scale deployment.
Data Management: Ensure data accuracy and integrity throughout the migration process. Implement data governance practices to maintain the quality and security of PCO data.
Training and Support: Develop and deliver training programs for PCO staff and end-users on how to effectively use the new system. Provide ongoing support to users post-implementation, including troubleshooting and system optimization. Create user guides, FAQs, and other documentation to assist users in navigating the PCO system.
Change Management: Assist in developing change management strategies to ensure smooth adoption of the new PCO IS across the organization. Communicate effectively with all stakeholders about the benefits and changes associated with the new system.
