Technical BI Analyst

Engagement Type: SAP Technical Analyst (BI & SAP BO Expertise)

We are seeking a skilled SAP Technical Analyst with a robust background in SAP Business Intelligence and SAP Business Objects (SAP BO) to join our team on a long-term contract basis. This role will be based in Belgium, with a requirement to work onsite 50% of the time.

5 Key Skills Required:
 

• 10+ years of experience in SAP HCM, with proven expertise in SuccessFactors.
• Demonstrated experience delivering complex SAP HCM programmes in large-scale organizations.
• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
• Proficient in project management methodologies and tools.
• Flexible and adaptive, with the ability to work onsite in Scotland three days per week.

5 Areas of Responsibility:

• Analyze, design, and develop solutions leveraging SAP BI and SAP BO platforms.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to understand business requirements and translate them into technical specifications.
• Design, develop, and optimize SQL queries to extract, analyze, and present data effectively.
• Utilize Python for data manipulation, scripting, and automation tasks.
• Ensure the seamless integration of SAP BO tools with existing systems to deliver actionable insights.
