Lead SAP BW Consultant

Engagement Type: Implementation, enhancements, and ongoing support

Description: Our client is seeking an experienced SAP BW Consultant with strong expertise in Business Warehouse solutions and the ability to work fluently in English, French, and Dutch. The successful candidate will have proven experience in designing, developing, and supporting SAP BW/BI solutions, ensuring accurate reporting and analytics for business stakeholders. This role requires excellent communication skills, strong technical knowledge, and the ability to collaborate across multilingual teams in Belgium.

Minimum Years’ Experience: 5+ Years

5 Key Skills Required:

• Strong hands-on experience in SAP BW/BI design, development, and support.
• Expertise in data modeling, ETL processes, and reporting (BEx, Analysis for Office, or SAC).
• Integration knowledge with SAP ECC, S/4HANA, and other SAP modules.
• Proven ability to work fluently in English, French, and Dutch (both written and spoken).
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and stakeholder management skills.

5 Areas of Responsibility:

• Design, configure, and support SAP BW/BI solutions to meet reporting needs.
• Ensure data accuracy, consistency, and compliance with business requirements.
• Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
• Provide post go-live support, enhancements, and performance optimization.
• Deliver documentation, training, and knowledge transfer to internal teams.
