SAP HCM Belgian Payroll Consultant

Description: Our client is seeking an experienced SAP HCM Belgian Payroll Consultant with in-depth knowledge of Belgian payroll regulations, processes, and compliance requirements. The successful candidate will have a strong background in configuring and supporting SAP HCM Payroll, ensuring accurate and efficient payroll operations while working closely with HR and finance stakeholders.

Minimum Years’ Experience: 5 Years.

5 Key Skills Required:

  • Strong hands-on experience with SAP HCM Payroll for the Belgian market.
  • Proven track record in full lifecycle payroll implementations and support.
  • Excellent understanding of Belgian payroll legislation and compliance.
  • Integration knowledge with SAP HCM Time Management and Finance.
  • Strong communication and client-facing skills.

5 Areas of Responsibility:

  • Configure, test, and deploy SAP HCM Belgian Payroll solutions.
  • Ensure compliance with Italian payroll legislation and company policies.
  • Collaborate with HR and finance teams to gather requirements and design solutions.
  • Provide post go-live support, troubleshooting, and enhancements.
  • Deliver training and documentation for payroll teams.
