Description: As the SAP Project Director, you will play a key role in overseeing and managing SAP implementation projects for our clients. You will be responsible for leading a team of SAP consultants, ensuring successful project delivery, and maintaining strong client relationships. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in SAP project management, excellent communication skills in both French and English, and a proven track record of delivering high-quality solutions.

5 Key Skills Required:

– Graduate of an engineering or business school, or a 5-year university degree.
– You have at least 5 years’ significant experience in a consulting firm in a similar position
position (ideally with SAP certification).
– You are an adaptable leader with good interpersonal skills.
– You are proactive and have a sense of priorities.
– You have experience of large-scale transformation projects with international teams involving
business challenges at a CxO level.

5 Areas of Responsibility:

– Lead and direct SAP implementation projects from initiation to completion.
– Develop and execute project plans, ensuring timely delivery and meeting client expectations.
– Provide strategic guidance and oversight to project teams.
– Build and maintain strong client relationships by understanding their business needs and aligning solutions accordingly.
– Build and lead a high-performing team of SAP consultants.

2-3 Days per week in the office (as per project/ customer demands)
