SAP Payroll Consultant

Engagement Type: SAP Payroll Consultant Greenfield SAP S/4 HANA Implementation.

Description: We are seeking a skilled and experienced SAP Payroll Consultant to join our team for a greenfield implementation project of SAP S/4 HANA for a UK based customer. As an integral member of the implementation team, you will be responsible for configuring and customizing SAP Payroll to meet the specific needs of our client’s organization. This is an exciting opportunity to contribute to the successful deployment of SAP S/4 HANA Payroll and make a significant impact on the organization’s payroll processes.

Minimum Years Experience: 5 Years.

5 Erforderliche Schlüsselfähigkeiten:

– Configure and customize SAP Payroll modules in accordance with the defined business processes and ensure smooth integration with other SAP modules.
– Design and implement complex payroll processes, including wage types, payroll schemas, and rules, in line with statutory regulations and compliance standards in the UK.
– Collaborate with the technical team to develop and test custom payroll enhancements and interfaces, as required.
– Conduct thorough testing of SAP Payroll functionality to ensure accuracy, efficiency, and adherence to business requirements, Train end-users and payroll administrators on SAP Payroll functionalities and best practices.
– Stay updated with the latest SAP Payroll developments, industry trends, and best practices to propose continuous improvements to the system and payroll processes.

5 Verantwortungsbereiche:

– Proven experience as an SAP Payroll Consultant with a track record of successful SAP Payroll implementations in the UK.
– In-depth knowledge of SAP Payroll configuration, wage types, schemas, rules, and interfaces.
– Proficiency in SAP S/4 HANA Payroll and related modules, SAP Payroll certification is a plus.
– Familiarity with UK payroll legislation, tax regulations, and compliance requirements.
– Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to translate business requirements into SAP Payroll solutions.
