Engagement Type: SAP SuccessFactors Project Manager

As an SAP SuccessFactors Project Manager, you will play a critical role in managing the end-to-end project lifecycle for the implementation of SAP SuccessFactors solutions. You will be responsible for ensuring the project is delivered on time, within scope, and within budget, while also meeting or exceeding stakeholder expectations. This role requires a blend of technical knowledge, leadership skills, and a deep understanding of HR processes and best practices.

5 Erforderliche Schlüsselfähigkeiten:

– Proven working experience (5+ years) as a project manager in the information technology sector, with at least 3 years focused on SAP SuccessFactors implementations.
– Bachelor’s and/or Master’s degree in Information Technology, Business Administration, or a related field.
– Strong understanding of SAP SuccessFactors modules and HR processes.
– Excellent client-facing and internal communication skills.
– Solid organizational skills, including attention to detail and multitasking skills.

5 Verantwortungsbereiche:

– Lead the planning and implementation of the SAP SuccessFactors project, including defining project scope, goals, and deliverables in collaboration with senior management and stakeholders.
– Develop a detailed project plan to monitor and track progress, manage changes to the project scope, schedule, and costs using appropriate verification techniques.
– Coordinate internal resources and third parties/vendors for the flawless execution of projects.
– Ensure resource availability and allocation, including the coordination of on-site and remote team members as required.
– Measure project performance using appropriate tools and techniques, reporting and escalating to management as needed.

Please note: Whilst Dutch Language is not essential it would be highly desired to have someone with both Dutch and English Language skills.
