Senior Director – SAP BTP

Description: Responsible for overseeing the strategic planning, development, and execution of the SAP Business Technology Platform portfolio within our organization. This role will involve driving the vision, strategy, and implementation of SAP BTP solutions to meet our clients’ evolving business needs and digital transformation objectives.

– Develop and execute the strategic roadmap for SAP Business Technology Platform (BTP) solutions, in alignment with the company’s business objectives and customer requirements.
– Lead and manage a team of SAP consultants, architects, and developers in the design and delivery of BTP projects, ensuring high-quality and timely solutions for our clients.
– Collaborate with stakeholders, including clients, internal teams, and partners, to understand business challenges and identify opportunities where SAP BTP solutions can add value.
– Provide expert guidance and thought leadership on SAP BTP capabilities, best practices, and emerging trends to drive innovation and maximize the platform’s potential.
– Drive business development activities by identifying new opportunities, engaging with clients, and contributing to pre-sales efforts, including solution design, proposals, and presentations.

– Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field. Advanced degrees and SAP certifications are a plus.
– Proven experience in leading and managing SAP projects, particularly in SAP BTP, with a strong understanding of the platform’s capabilities and integration with SAP solutions.
– Strong leadership, team management, and project management skills with the ability to guide and inspire a diverse team of professionals.
– Excellent communication, interpersonal, and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to engage with clients, understand their needs, and articulate solutions effectively.
– In-depth knowledge of SAP architecture, development methodologies, and best practices.
