Description: My client is looking for a HR Success Factors consultant to help with their E2E processes and new systems.

Minimum Years Experience: 5 Years

5 Belangrijke vaardigheden vereist:

– Experience as HR process consultant or equivalent.
– Ability to identify and propose concrete solutions.
– Knowledge of SAP Success Factors Employee Central.
– Proficiency in BPMN and preferably viadee.
– Fluent in German.

5 Verantwoordelijkheidsgebieden:

– Design and documentation of administrative HR and payroll processes
– Contributes to the realization of projects.
– Proposes relevant solutions in the IT and organizational context.
– Analysis of the documented E2E processes for optimization.
– Documentation will be on a detailed level down to L6 which will need full analysis.
