SAP Concur Project Manager We are looking for a skilled SAP Concur Project Manager to oversee the global roll-out of an expense management solution for our client. In this role, you will manage the full life cycle of the SAP Concur implementation, from planning and coordination to execution, ensuring successful deployment across multiple regions. 5 Key Skills Required: - Experience in global/multinational environments, understanding of local compliance and financial regulations related to expense management. - Knowledge of travel and expense (T&E) management best practices. - Strong understanding of financial processes, including procurement, invoicing, and employee reimbursement policies. - Minimum 5+ years of experience managing large-scale, complex projects, ideally in finance, HR, or IT systems. - Experience in international roll outs or global project management, with an understanding of the complexities and nuances of implementing systems across multiple regions and regulatory environments. 5 Areas of Responsibility: - Lead the SAP Concur implementation project, ensuring the solution is deployed according to company standards, within scope, on time, and within budget. - Plan and coordinate the international roll-out of SAP Concur, working with global stakeholders to ensure that local requirements are met while maintaining global consistency. - Collaborate with cross-functional teams and identify and mitigate risks, addressing potential issues that could impact the project’s success, and developing contingency plans as needed. - Gather and analyse business requirements to configure the SAP Concur system in line with company expense management policies and compliance requirements. - Manage relationships with stakeholders at all levels, ensuring clear communication, reporting on progress, and managing expectations throughout the project life cycle.
Engagement type: SAP HCM Consultant - Romanian Speaking We are looking for an experienced Freelance SAP HCM Consultant to support a greenfield implementation in Romania. This 12 month contract role is based in Romania, with a flexible hybrid working arrangement. Minimum Years Experience: 5 Years. 5 Key Skills Required: - Fluency in Romanian and English is mandatory. - Proven experience with SAP HCM implementation and support, particularly in PA, OM, TM, and PY modules. - Solid understanding of HR business processes and statutory requirements in the region. - Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills. - Ability to work in a hybrid model, with availability to work onsite as required by the project (travel flexibility needed). 5 Key requirements: - Implement and configure SAP HCM modules (Personnel Administration, Organizational Management, Time Management, Payroll, etc.) based on client requirements. - Provide expert guidance and consulting for SAP HCM processes, including HR data management, payroll, and benefits administration. - Lead workshops, training sessions, and provide ongoing support for users during and after project implementation. - Support both on-site and remotely, ensuring effective communication and project delivery - Customize and enhance SAP HCM functionalities, including writing functional specifications for custom developments.
