Description: One of the Leading International Retail Organisations is looking for SAP HCM consultants to support them in the transformation of their HR system and migration to Cloud. Minimum Years Experience: 5 Years. 5 Key Skills Required: - SAP HCM and its areas, cush as OM, PA, TM, PY. - SAP HCM experience on ECC and/or S4. - Swedish Payroll experience. - Languages: Swedish + English. - Able to travel to the office for the important stages of the projects. 5 Areas of Responsibility: - Provide Technical and Functional Support for SAP HCM modules in the Migration from the old system to Cloud. Focus on all of the HCM modules, such as PY, OM, PA, TM. - Customize payroll schemes and align with local Swedish payroll requirements, law and tax regulations. - Collaborate with the Business, local and international teams to ensure successful implementation of Cloud applications in HCM suite. - Participate in day to day activities of end-to-end Cloud implementation. - Provide assistance and training to end users and colleagues if needed.

In this role, you will leverage your SAP expertise to support their clients in optimizing their financial processes. You will work remotely, with the flexibility to occasionally visit customer sites as required. 5 Key Skills Required: - Proven experience as an SAP Finance Solution Architect with a focus on SAP S/4 HANA. - Extensive experience in SAP Finance module implementations and optimizations. - Strong understanding of SAP S/4 HANA public cloud environment. - Proficiency in financial processes, including GL, AP, AR, Asset Accounting, and Financial Planning. - Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work under pressure. 5 Areas of Responsibility: - Lead the design and implementation of SAP S/4 HANA Finance solutions in a public cloud environment. - Analyse and map client business processes to SAP S/4 HANA Finance functionalities. - Provide expert guidance on SAP Finance best practices and industry standards. - Develop detailed architecture and design documentation. - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration with other SAP modules and third-party systems.
